Attorney Earl Richard Etzweiler
Attorney Etzweiler is a graduate of Dickinson School of Law, Class of 1957. Upon graduation he clerked for the Honorable R. Dixon Herman in the Dauphin County Court of Common Pleas. In 1960, he began working as an assistant district attorney for Dauphin County, which continued for seven (7) years. He began his own private practice in his hometown of Millersburg in 1959, and has maintained the same office for over sixty years. Attorney Etzweiler brings his significant experience and passionate work ethic to every case regardless the size or scope. When he is not practicing law, Attorney Etzweiler enjoys working on his farms, skiing, and spending time with his family.
Attorney Andrew S. Withers
Attorney Withers obtained his undergraduate degree from Penn State and graduated from Widener University School of Law. After graduation he worked for the Fair Housing Partnership of Greater Pittsburgh and sat as treasurer on their board of directors. Wanting to move back to central Pennsylvania, he joined a local firm as an associate in their general practice division. Attorney Withers joined Etzweiler and Associates in the summer of 2018. He spends two nights a week meeting with clients in our Millersburg and Halifax locations. Attorney Withers loves working in the community where he grew up; as he can always find something in common with clients from the Valley. When he is not at the office, Attorney Withers spends his time camping with his wife, hunting, cooking, and reading historical non-fiction.
Attorney S. Wade Parker
Attorney S. Wade Parker is a native Arkansan, growing up in a small rural community in the Delta Region. He is a graduate of Hendrix College in Conway, AR and attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law, where he graduated in 1994. Attorney Parker began practicing bankruptcy law in 1999 as an associate attorney at Arkansas’ leading bankruptcy law firm and ultimately managed the firm for a number of years. In 2010, Attorney Parker joined one of Arkansas’ prominent personal injury firms and successfully launched their bankruptcy practice. In 2014 Attorney Parker and his wife moved to Central PA to be closer to family. He understands the financial difficulties his clients face, the struggles of owning a business, and the hard times farmers sometimes endure. Attorney Parker has extensive experience in representing individuals, businesses, and farms. He takes the time to meet with each potential client to develop the best strategy for their situation. Attorney Parker resides in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in the West Shore area. His favorite things to do are to be involved with his church, play with his dogs, watch Penn State football, and go fishing.
